Mark is the founder of Modern Heating & Cooling Solutions Ltd. He has nearly 30 years worth of knowledge and experience in both domestic and commerical sectors. Mark is committed to offering the highest quality of work and products used with adaptive modern solutions, while putting the customers needs at heart. He also has an enthusiasm for being at the forefront for trying out new products that come onto the market.
Craig Hazlewood
Director
Craig Joined us in 2018 as a Plumbing and heating engineer and was appointed as Director in 2021. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both domestic and commercial areas of the industry. Craig is a highly skilled and fully trained engineer with Gas Safe certification, giving customers the reassurance that any job is in safe hands. He is a very freindly and approachable engineer who delivers 100% and never fails to put the customer first.
Matt Emmott
Renewables Director
Matt joined us in 2021 to head up our Business Development/ estimating. In Late 2023 he joined mark and criag in heading up our sister company Modern Renewables Solutions Ltd. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in the Plumbing and Heating field. Matt is responsible for the managing of the renewable side of the business. We are very glad to have him on board helping us bring in additional contractors and clients to work with.
Brendon Ley
Plumber
Brendon joined us in 2017 as an apprentice plumber. He predominantly works on our commercial sites and has developed a good working relationship with our customers. He now confidently runs several sites at once and we can always reliable on him to approach any job with enthusiasm, positivity and a can-do attitude.
Jed Cockram
Plumber
Jed joined us in 2018 as an apprentice plumber and is now a fully trained Plumbing and heating engineer. Jed is conscientious in his work and eager to take on new challenges on projects and develop his skills. He has great attention to detail and is very thorough in his work.
Chloe Thompson
Office Manager
Chloe Joined us in early 2022 . She Is responsible for all admin duties within our office, managing our fleet, scheduling appointments, invoicing and being the first point of contact for all of our customers. She is a very friendly and happy addition to the team who prides herself on giving nothing but the best customer service to all our new and loyal customers..
Jac Clark
Apprentice
Jac joined us in 2022 as a first year apprentice. He is currently working his way towards his apprenticeship while being mentored by kenny. Jac shows great iniative and is always wanting to get involved and expand on his ever-growing knowledge and skills. Jac is an excellent additon to our team and is always willing and on hand to help where he can.
Kenny Valentin
Plumber
Kenny Joined us early in 2024 and has already made a great addition to the team. He is a highly motivated and experienced plumber with several years of experience in the industry. Kenny is currently mentoring jac to help guide him on his path to becoming a qualified engineer while managing sites and maintaining good customer relations.
Cody Glanville

Cody Joined us in october 2023 as a first year apprentice. He is currently working his way towards his apprentices while being guided and mentored by brendon. Cody is an amazing addition to our team and is always wanting to get involved and expand on his skills and ever-growing knowledge.
